• Gift Certificates/Gift Certificates/vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and will not be accepted after expiration.
• Gift Certificates/Gift Certificates/vouchers can be used as part payment for treatments at Images Salon Spa only. If your treatment is less than the value of your voucher, no change will be given unless authorized by Images Salon Spa
• Gift Certificates/Gift Certificates/vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash nor sold or transferred for value
• Gift Certificates/Gift Certificates/vouchers remain the property of Images Salon Spa.

  We do not offer guarantees, nor refunds or exchanges. However if you experience any dissatisfaction with any aspect of your experience with Images Salon Spa, please feel free to contact us and we will endeavor to resolve the issue.

  Full consultation and aftercare advice will be undertaken before and after every treatment.
